What is the shelf life of Nonfiction products?

Most of our products have a shelf life of 30 months from the date of manufacture and should be used within 12 months after opening. Please check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on your packaging.

Are your fragrance and body care products vegan?

Yes, we are committed to clean beauty. All Nonfiction products are 100% vegan and are never tested on animals.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. For international shipping, please allow 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Can I return a product if it's not right for me?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened.

Do you offer samples with purchases?

We often include complimentary discovery samples with fragrance orders so you can explore our signature scents before committing to a full-size bottle.
